I was reading an article about a girl named Rifqa Bary on www.foxnews.com tonight...and it led me to her deeply emotional interview on youtube (please listen to her). Rifqa is a teenager, from a devout Muslim upbringing, who at some point in the last few years had converted from Islam, to Christianity. She had been keeping this from her parents, but somehow they found out somehow via Facebook (initially), and Rifqa ran away.
She is pleading for the authorities to protect her, because she believes with all her heart that she will be killed (an honor-killing) if she is taken back home to her parents.
